Our General Policy
We provide non-tangible, irrevocable services — like guest post links, backlink packages, and digital promotions.
Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final once the service or guest post link has been delivered.
In short: No refunds will be issued after order fulfillment.
Before purchasing any service on Rank Expert, customers must agree and understand this policy.
Why Refunds Are Not Typically Offered
Here’s the deal:
Once we deliver a service — like a guest post or a link-building package — it can’t be undone or “returned.”
You’re buying a spot on a publisher’s website, and once published, it’s permanent and paid for.
Refund requests will not be entertained in these cases:
- You change your mind after delivery.
- You didn’t read the service details carefully before ordering.
- Minor dissatisfaction with writing style (we encourage reviewing the drafts before final approval).
Our Money-Back Guarantee
We do have your back — always!
If we fail to publish your article or guest post on the publisher’s website you ordered — for any reason on our side — you’ll get a full refund (minus any unavoidable payment gateway fees).
In such cases, you’ll have three options:
- Get your money refunded to your original payment method.
- Use the refunded amount for a repeat order on a similar publisher website.
- Store the amount safely in your Rank Expert Wallet to use for future orders.
The choice? All yours.
During the Distribution Process
Heads-up!
Once a guest post submission is already under distribution, we cannot cancel, edit, or refund it.
We recommend that you double-check everything before giving the final approval:
- Are all details correct?
- Are names, contact info, and URLs accurate?
- Is the article free from spelling and grammar mistakes?
Once you give the green light, it’s out of our hands!
Timeline for Refund Processing
We try to process refunds as quickly as humanly possible.
- PayPal refunds are usually visible right after we process them.
- Bank card refunds may take about 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank’s speed.
- Refunds will always be sent to the same payment method you used — no exceptions.
So if you paid via PayPal, it’ll go back to PayPal. Paid via Visa? It’ll show up there.
